Our mission is to elevate diverse stories of public service, to inspire others to serve. 

 

In sharing our 10 stories with the world, we hope that others (maybe even you!) may find themselves called to a position of public service. There are public servants across the country in your municipal offices and in the White House who are young and old, who represent all gender identities, and every race and ethnicity. While the people elected to office often get a lot of attention, the staffers and public servants are usually in the shadows. We want to shine a light on the diverse stories of public service from across the country.
